ABOUT ME
I am incredibly proud to have been a PGA Professional for 30 years now.
Having started my training with The Professional Golfers’ Association in 1987, I was very fortunate to have been given the opportunity in 1990 to become the Club Professional at Ifield Golf Club.
Over the years my job role has changed significantly, but I have always tried to embrace & enjoy whatever activity I’m involved in & have received huge support from the Club & its members during that time.
All of the major brands are represented stock wise in the shop. A full range of clothing for all seasons for ladies and men has helped to build a lovely rapport with everyone - this has been accentuated hugely by joining The TGI Partnership which has been incredibly helpful & beneficial to me & my business.
Coaching is a great passion whether individual, group, indoor using SkyTrak & video analysis (including Custom Fitting) or on course tuition & is a hugely fulfilling role.
I still love playing golf, I just wished I played more. Caddying is also a great passion of mine!
I’m also the Director of Golf at Ifield which allows me to help organise all of the competitions, societies, Open Championships & corporate events which allows so much interaction & the opportunity to promote the Club.
I have had some wonderful personal honours during my time as a Professional including:

Winning the inaugural "PGA Professional of the Year“ sponsored by American Golf.

Being Captain of The Sussex Professional Golf Union.

Refereeing both finals of the Sussex Ladies Amateur Championships played at Ifield.
